Our new CEO truly cares and constantly looks for ways to improve the company. Benefits are pretty good & your pto gets more and more size able the longer you're here.

Sometimes the work load seems never ending. We went through some major restructuring in 2016 & the dust is still settling to a degree - much better now though.

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

Svantaggi

No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
