Some of the things we have done to improve our hiring process and retention of quality medical assistants include a pre-screen that includes a hands-on skills test, one on one coaching with a preceptor to learn the skills needed to perform the tests for our patients, and an incentive plan focused on customer service and providing a best in class experience for our patients.
