      There's a lot of work so I guess that's good job security.

      Over worked and under paid. Understaffed company who excpects one employee to do the job of 2 or 3 people. You have no back up so forget taking time off when your sick or for vacation.

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Svantaggi

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
