      It is corrupt from top to bottom. They need to fire 95% of management, and hold the rest actually accountable for quality of the health care and treatment of the staff.

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Svantaggi

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
