      Good pay and compensation. Easy to access all members of the health care team.

      Unrealistic productivity expectations. There are times when I was required to treat 6 or more people simultaneously and was also expected to take same day injuries that were not on schedule.

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Svantaggi

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
