Pay, workload and unprofessional work environment. Lots of profanity used in the office setting, even in the presences of management. Too many side conversations about personal matter taking place, very distracting to those who are actually working. Also, there’s no option to make extra money with overtime. Your check will be the same each pay period. There also a high turnover rate, they’re never FULLY STAFFED.

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

Svantaggi

No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
