Favoritism and slander is the only way to stay with this company - Recensione dipendente - Xray Technologist presso Concentra

Please be Honest and treat with Equality, i was a employee at the Modesto/Ceres location. And I have to say everything was fine until change of Management to someone that already had a bad reputation and I was warned about before even meeting them. I was hired with Conditions that were agreed upon. Which was to leave for school and then return after, which was only 6 weeks. With new management from someone that chooses favoritism and treats as a number. I was removed while in school with no warning. I was lied to and agreements changed. Now their is a new employee that is going to school to do the same for 6 months and is given pay and time off. Concentra please be Honest and equal with staff and mindful on management. As this was very unprofessional. Sadly Human resources is also tained as the manager at my location was friends with the HR which backed her decision to revoke my past agreement. Their is no respect and Equality in this company. And sadly this is true ar other locations. I loved working at my job but when management changed so did my respect for the company but also to be removed with no reason, replaced by a favored employee is very wrong. I hope this gets seen as this is wrong and unprofessional.
