      Very laid back atmosphere with no micro managing. Great building housed with gym and deli. Teleworking capabilities. Good company except constantly being bought by other companies

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Svantaggi

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
