      Great work environment. Corporate employees work as a team (no silos). Management makes sure there is the ability of work/life balance. Patients, customers, employees are all important. Culture is very important to Concentra leadership and the employees.

      Svantaggi

      Acquired by Select Medical. Their culture and values do not seem to be the same as Concentra which has been a struggle for employees.

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Svantaggi

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
