None, concentric starts out sounding great, Soon they are abandoning you in a new town, paying you $25 an hour less than the amount the contract is set for (and they will always have a new reason for it), and not answering any of your questions...until they need something, when you will be bombarded with calls and emails until you bend over backwards to fulfill their requests, at which point you will not hear from them again until they need something else, then they will call you unprofessional for not picking up your phone on the first ring, and ask you to do the same things they just asked you to do because they arent organized enough to keep track of the requirements they asked you for. Its ridiculous. I would laugh if I didnt think I needed a lawyer....

The most unprofessional, inefficient, and unorganized group of people ive ever spoken with or worked for. If you like to be called a liar, hung up on, and having a bunch of recruiters who have no idea what nurses do/are, talk to you as if you were a child and not an RN with a masters in administration, then its a great company to work for. They dont know what theyre doing and will call u you every 10 minutes if they have a question but never respond when you have one. They will ask you to send documents you already sent 5 times because they dont bother to look for things that are in your file (if they even have files). After I signed a contract to make great money, I worked 2 shifts and was told I would be getting paid $15 hourly, and that this was "well beyond my qualifications". They send me to required classes and tell me they are paid for, when I get to the class there is a large balance. They schedule you when the unit doesnt need you and dont tell you that you have been cancelled for the day, the charge nurse tells you after you have driven for 2 hours to work etc etc. I could write pages and pages about all the mishaps this company has, how bad they have made me feel, and how unprofessional they have made me look. To save my reputation and career, I had to quit. To protect myself from their illegal dealings (i could write pages as ive said) I had to get a lawyer. Dont even apply to this company, its a waste of time, money (you will spend much more than you ever make), and effort.

Focus on objective, behavior-based feedback rather than subjective personality assessments. Review Summary: With over 40 years of prior experience in IT Fortune 500 corporate environments, I found the administrative infrastructure lacking in professional stability. While the clinical work is rewarding, the sudden fluctuation in performance scores (SIA) without clear, constructive guidance suggests a need for better management training and a more supportive environment for staff.
