not sure what to add here. salary, increments, learning - everything is bad except the peer support (overall not the best but since i have to mention something)- lot of good people you will meet who will help you.

poor salaries, increments in 4-7% range. Promotion only to bootlickers and not for hardworking people who resolve most tickets, have the best record in terms of attendance and time commitments. Even the director won't care-every one at manager post need some flatterer so will promote accordingly without caring about talent. So big no to support roles unless you have no other options. manager will listen to feedback for improvement but won't do anything.
