1. Poor management- Upper management doesn't care about employees. You voice out but then you will get ignore or "take care" of.
2. Stealing incident often happen on pantry. Food being stolen yet management and hr take no action on this matter.
3.Some Team leader from operation often disrespect to new hires. For example, a team lead scolded new hire brainless when they do something wrong instead of giving guidance.
4. Slow action in facilities, take ages to issue access card to new hires (two or three weeks more)
5. TA do not have standard in recruiting. They will tend to recruit anyone if headcount needed.
This is towards the specific project served at the site. Not all site are like this.
