Experience is entirely dependent on the Customer Logo and manager. It is not the same for everyone. However, there have been more bad experiences than good ones in the last 1-2 years. I worked with some amazing Googlers in the last 2 years and 1 or 2 became my friends. Local staff are professional and friendly. They are as good as they can be at their level.

- The acquisition of ServiceSource was great initially but it went downhill for those who have been in the company for more than 2 years. - The business model of B2B BPO doesn't work from economies of scale POV. If the goal is to get as many B2B employees as possible and turn it into a profit, then it's going to be a steep hill climb. - It's ultimately a BPO trying to be a cool MNC like those Big Techs but yet fails to deliver the same experience. Big Techs rely on Concentrix to deliver low-value chain services at a lower cost. You can try asking the Singaporean current or former employees how has it been in the last 2 years and they will all say it's quite negative. The tech industry is so brutal that it eventually affects the business.

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
