Used to receive year end bonus that was taken away, management is more worried about adding more high paid executives then the culture of the company. Annual 1% raise is typical. They hire outside leaders that have no idea what the industry is and they don't make an effort to listen to employee feedback. Insurance is very expensive for family plans. Took title of engineer and replaced it with "technician" which feels like it lessened the value of the team.
