Great company that really cares about their people and invests time & training into building careers. The CEO and upper management are very accessible and frequently meet with the staff. Terrific career opportunities as the company is growing quickly. Senior management regularly meets with junior staff to develop skills for moving on up to higher positions. Also, perks like free snacks, free parking, gym, company lunches, happy hours, etc. It's in Fairfax so if you're in DC, it's a quick reverse commute. Best place I've ever worked for sure!
