Terrible management, a lot of good people being let go in late 2025 all in the span of weeks, creating a lot of fear and uncertainty. Current C-level and team leads are mostly mistrusting and just generally uncomfortable to deal with and since the mass lay-offs more and more people are leaving the company - soon the good ones will all be gone. Also keep in mind how many other competitors are offering a whiteboard by this point, some for free, others as part of a bigger suite that companies are paying for anyway...

really nice working environment and people to work with. always find someone to talk to, and the product is pretty cool. Also the activities really nice. working full remotely and meeting once a few months.

Svantaggi

Pretty basic offer, no bonuses, no stocks. The high management is not reflective. and sometimes a bit unpleasant. for example, from my experience, I had a really good evaluation with words of high sight for the future. but a few weeks after appeared it all was a "mistake" and suddenly I was not as good as 2-3 managers that were approving that said. and letting you go.
