From the moment I stepped into Concilium, it was clear that being part of the team was a meaningless concept. The office atmosphere is far from welcoming, it's cold, competitive, and draining. Instead of collaboration, people seem more focused on their own agendas, like literally exhausting. The so-called "training" feels more like a rigid, impersonal process rather than a genuine effort to help employees grow. The commission structure exists, but instead of motivating, it only fuels unnecessary stress. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend Concilium to anyone. Poorly managed. Toxic environment, terrible experience.
