The corporation does not treat their employees with respect, it is a constant battle to be paid on time, accurately, and to be heard from the management staff.

Culture can be a hit or miss. Generally all FOH staff have been super kind and helpful.

Lack of training can lead to a lack of confidence when serving guests.
