I enjoy teaching my trade without a lot of interference from upper management. I can follow their curriculum and then add in real life experiences and update information about my trade in my field.

Depending on where the facility is that they have sent you to they’re not always equipped with the most current dental products which is unfortunate because I don’t have those to use as examples for training. I rely a lot on my personal knowledge and things I can bring in from my office
