Exploitation at its finest - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso Condor Agency

I worked there for six months. Through them i was underpaid, overworked to the point of exploitation and the CEO (Carlos) was rude multiple times (toxic masculinity and alpha male at its finest). They claim to enjoy giving people their first job opportunities yet when they don't meet the expectations and qualifications of a highly experienced employee they get fired, I witnessed this multiple times. They want you to learn and grow, yet there is no room for mistakes. Extremely toxic work/life balance mentality and culture. I would say that the two star review of the company is quite generous. I was also promised a quarter bonus that I never received. Did I mention I was severely underpaid? My advice to anyone looking to work for this agency would be to run away and not look back, you deserve better!
