Working fully remote with camera off was pretty nice. That's where it ends. There is an illusion of work life balance but they really look down on taking vacations and trying to have a life, doing so will be a major hit to your job security.

No incentive, no raises. Everyone is rude. No one cares about you here. Management - largely Indian - plays favoritism, nepotistic and only hires fellow Indians who they hardly have to pay anymore. There are no performance reviews, no ways to advance. No upskilling. Lastly they are using extremely out of date practices and technologies. There is zero accountability at the top. This company is going nowhere fast just - look at their microscopic stock price and how it has plunged over the years.
