      New company--lots of excitement checkered by uncertainty. So far so good, I guess, but lots of doing more with less as we get started.

      I hope that the value of the employee isn't undermined as the company looks to improve it's value. Some of the early decisions being made are necessary, but appear to be short-sighted at times.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Svantaggi

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
