Mediocre overall. Supervisors and work ambience. The worst place I have ever worked at - Recensione dipendente - Customers Service Representative presso Conduent

It is not a place you should spend more than 6 months working in. Supervisors are incompetent, unprofessional and they have restrictions for everything. You are not allowed to get off your seat at all unless you are on your break. Supervisor threatens employees with termination for any mistake. It is not employee friendly. You have to do manadatory overtime, not told at interview. Work space is deteriorated and everyone is always sick. They do not have an HR department where employees can get any orientation. No communication at al from main headquarters. No work life balance at all.
