Excellent training for entry level new hires, good support from management and on-site client liaisons for supervisor level, and a renewed focus on employee experience. New changes are being made to give supervisor level employees more insight in the business and more opportunities to drive the company.

Svantaggi

As an outsource call center there’s a challenge to balance several different priorities between customers, client, and Conduent. This can be rough for anyone not used to the business. And of course open availability is a must.

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Svantaggi

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
