Thank you for your comments. While it was disappointing to hear some of your remarks, we appreciate your candidness. Our leadership team is among the first to say that the beginning of our transformation was difficult. It was a year of intense evaluation, tough business decisions, and sweeping change. We hope you understand that at no point did Conduent make changes for the sake of making changes. Our people remain a priority and while the transformation may have been difficult, it has set us apart from the competition.
