I've been with Conduent for over ten years, and I've got to say when they brought in our new GM and AGM, things changed dramatically for the better. There's always something fun going on and you can tell everyone that works there really cares about each other and is invested in having everyone on the team.

The job itself, talking with customers that are confused, can be stressful. The commitment required to work the schedule can also be too much for some people. While the management team is great with working with people through whatever they need personally, there are some things they can't help with and they can't change the customers we talk to. It's best to learn how to cope with stress or pick a career that doesn't require you to interact with customers as frequently if that's something you're not telling to do.
