They really don't care if your absent you just call a workforce line.Theres alot of VTO usually but not at the end of the year and beginning of the year.

You work with people who started when you did and make more money than you doing the same thing you do.Supervisors pick and choose who they like.Favoritism is a big thing here so if they don't like you they will say your qa scores are off , and try to coach you every second they can worth bad feedback.A very childish place to work as people are dressing like they are competing in some pagent.Just be careful here they really don't care about you.Your just a number and you are replaceable!Save yourself the time and find a better place to work....
