The folks who answer the phones are great and really have a strong desire to perform.

Their training program is the worst I have ever seen. They provide totally inadequate training to their new advisers. I would have to go back 30 years in the business world to find this type of training. Due to the lack of proper training, a moderately difficult job becomes a very difficult job. They treat their employees as a means to and end. The sad apart about this situation is they have employees who see this as an opportunity but yet they are not provided with the proper tools to achieve success. Their pay structure is totally inadequate relative to what they ask the employee to do. If you are offered a promotion, the pay increase shows a total lack of respect for the responsibilities associated with the job.

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Svantaggi

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
