Everyone is amazing! Managment is super helpful and most seem to care about your success. Hour breaks and OT. Holiday and PTO once you’ve been there 180 days. Pay is decent. It’s easy to move up.

It’s a call center, so yes, the horror stories you hear can be true. Sometimes the customers are abusive and just want to call to complain about things that are not your fault. Sometimes the equipment is buggy and the cubicals are filthy! No food/open drinks on the call floor (that’s more the building owners choice over the company). Strict about AUX states. They’re always hiring new people so it does get crowded. Training isn’t very thorough, you sit in a class and get talked at for a couple weeks, you’ll learn more on the call floor than in training.
