Overworked. underpaid, understaffed and a complete train wreck from the top down. When I left, the system that people had tracked their time in, asked for vacaction, etc has been down for a month. The internal support teams are else where in the world and don't care about your priorities or tickets. And they are on their schedule so they will bring down networks, servers, etc when they feel like it with no warning or care that your account will have to pay fines. Locally we had people stealing food from other peoples desks with NO repercussions. They claim they want to help their workers but they cut a lot of their benefits and refuse to hire more that a bare bones crew on some of the legacy accounts. They seem to just be bleeding accounts for as much money as they can before they go under or just cut that side of the business (GHS) out of their portfolio. Which I don't get because they should be getting sued for doing so. If I was their client I would be suing them because there is probably a huge mess they caused that you don't know about. They will expect you to take on everything. I was a "Software Engineer" and they wanted me to do everything from basic helpdesk to Linux Server / Oracle Database Admin.
