None if you are non management they work you on piece rate and if you earn too much they reduce the piece rate to conform to their "profit" margins. Management they switched to salaried and work 80+ hours a week for only 40 hours of pay.

Everything the company has been in restructure for the past 4 years and they just keep taking away benefits. They don't' even match your 401K and before they took that away they had a clause that said if you were fired even on day before the end of the year you forfeit your match.
