      Micro management, passive aggressive feedback, they’re not concerned at all about your personal life, and somehow a majority of things make you at fault. The training is DEFINITELY not enough, so expect to be chewed out for not being a top worker within the span of a few months.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
