      No incentives or benefits to add after you get hired. No salaries increments or close to the market value. Due a lot of re-structuring a lot of key players resign to find more stable jobs leaving current employees with tons of duties nd overwork and burnout. Management is a huge issue.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Svantaggi

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
