      The company has no vision on employees and work culture. Managers are God and they drive the team on their own. Micromanagement is there in the root level. Some people are sitting in the hierarchy who have no sense of leadership.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Svantaggi

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
