      The management has ZERO experience in IT management. The upper management is getting worse everyday. Their key desire is to cut costs as much as possible. Employee benefits are reduced to near null. Upper management don't take employees (devs and senior enggs) as Human Beings. Employee satisfaction comes below everything.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Svantaggi

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
