      The Plano office is similar to what you would see on a playground. The managers are like horrible teachers with micromanagement and childish practices during adult conversations. It's horrible, and the trainer tells you about her personal business. It's downright disgusting. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE!! We all know people need a job, but do not waste your gas and time working here!! You will regret it!

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Svantaggi

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
