The only way you might get a raise is by getting an offer from another company and fishing for a counter-offer, and you aren't getting a promotion ever. - No bonuses or stock options or anything besides your base salary - Health insurance options are so bad it's arguably better to just opt out and pay for your doctors out-of-pocket - Company VPN is horrifically slow and authentication changes can come with no warning and kick you out for a day or more - Chronically understaffed technical help desk takes ages to resolve things like firewall issues and account problems
