No option to work from home, if you did get to for some reason when sick etc you’d have calls every 5 minutes and if you were in the bathroom when the MD called, you’d be questioned as to why you didn’t pick up Treatment of staff was very poor, staff were treated like children and often raised voice by MD and belittled Office is a ‘home office’ so lunch was eaten at desks and you never got to take a proper lunch break Some very high profile events but are all planned to a certain way, so nothing ever changes or you don’t get to use your creativity. If you do it is mostly shut down Very high turnover of staff, apparently some of them only lasting days/ weeks before walking out
