Great "yes and" culture in a fast-moving industry. There is compelling traction in more mature parts of the business and unrealized potential in the new parts. The team accomplishes an immense amount with a finite amount of resources. There is no space for jerks and an openness to new ideas regardless of what your role or level is.

It's a startup so everyone stretches what they work on and there's always more to do; priorities can (and do) evolve and change. You have to hang on loosely. If you're used to big-company predictability and linear progressions, this is probably not the organization for you. The vagaries of the cannabis industry plus growth-mode tech startups means there can be days where you have a lot of autonomy on how to spend your time, not all of them equally impactful even if they all feel like they need to be done.
