Vantaggi

Beautiful campus and you get to be outdoors. It's rewarding to connect and work with the kids. The food at their onsite location is quite good.

Svantaggi

Almost no formalized training. The schedule is 8 days straight of working with no formalized breaks. Even at night when you are trying to sleep you may be instead supervising a participant that is on safety protocols.
