It has all the good things the Bay has to offer - dog-friendly office, free lunches, great company culture, great people, flat hierarchy, a lot of room for personal growth, remote-friendly, working in a very interesting space and countless others. This company is hiring, growing and improving by the day. Regardless, there is work-life balance here. The best way to figure out what this place is like is to reach out to an employee and have him explain. I don't think anybody would say anything too bad

Lots of work to be done On-call once every ~two months Every company that is growing like crazy will have some hiccups along the way. The important thing is that this one has the right values which means any hiccup eventually gets ironed out.
