      People are nice, most want to work hard and do a good job. Very little politics The management will say the right thing (they just don't believe any of it)

      The company has been rudderless since going public and needs new leadership. The product (Confluent Cloud) while easy to use is still very immature and future development is glacial. When Azure is able to release Kafka+Flink before Confluent that's a major problem. Stealth redundancies and constant reshaping the organization to be profitable.

      Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
