New leadership was brought in and made significant changes, which made things worse. The company culture deteriorated, and it became a miserable place to work. Employees received little to no appreciation, aside from occasional pats on the back. There was no opportunity for growth. No promotions, no bonuses, and no raises. You feel stuck in the same position indefinitely until you eventually leave. Employees are frustrated by the lack of respect and recognition, but no one is willing to speak up for fear of being pushed out. There's pressure to go above and beyond, but with no rewards or incentives to do more than the bare minimum required.
