With my five year anniversary approaching, it seems only appropriate to share my appreciation for this company. Here of some of the Pros I’ve experienced while working at Connect Search: Those who work hard and stay motivated are sure to succeed here. The company culture is unbeatable. There are numerous events/outings throughout the year, as well as different committees you can get involved in if interested. The best part about the culture though, is that you can show up and be yourself with coworkers that turn into great friends. I’ve met some of the best people I know at this company. It’s an exciting and rewarding time to work here and witness the tremendous growth and success, knowing you played a role in contributing to that success. Your leadership/input/ideas are valued, and more often than not, acted upon. The Partners are well respected and lead by example. You can find them out on the floor, working with their teams, setting the tone. Professional growth is encouraged and supported if you work hard/prove yourself to be valuable.
