Managers do listen and help their teams. Good group of tenured people and lots of teamwork encouraged. Internal relationships are easy to build and encouraged. Recently hired Sales Enablement Director to help increases success and change culture.

Svantaggi

Poor onboarding and startup for reps. New hire training is a mess. Inside support has to be earned to keep after one year. Change out of support teams is the norm, inside team burns out fast b/c of overworking by covering 6 or more reps shared. You will have to call and explain who they are to everyone.
