We are proud to say that 2 of our 3 sales Presidents started in entry level sales. PC Connection is loaded with employees with 15, 20, and even 30 years of experience, and we have the highest tenure level in the channel for Sales employees. Having said this, we do agree your manager should be mindful of helping you achieve your goals and should review periodically your performance to goals.
