very positive sales work environment, large company with small company feel; with your success there are many options to move within company; in sales role will start you at a lower salary but the upside is significant as they move toward very high commission % of gross profit $ for big paychecks. They have a system that works well for them. Health benefits are affordable.

Svantaggi

sales floor can be noisy, distracting, and lack any privacy for client conversations. Some of the technology for tracking sales is very dated, a custom built system, not that user friendly. They need a salesforce CRM system. Will take a few years to hit $100k in earnings.

We also strive to keep our health costs manageable for employees; something that is very challenging for all employers. We recognize that we do have some systems challenges, and a number of initiatives have been under way to enhance CRM and this will be a continued focus. We appreciate your comment about how well our Management Team listens and responds to feedback.
