Ive watched the av side dwindle under current management that killed a company before hired there. Stay far away, low pay, bad management, like to promote a work life balance. If that's 60 hours a week working because they don't have enough techs to do the jobs, then u guess that's work life balance. No information on what you are doing, either have to beg and plead or just figure it out onsite. If you need a job, mark it as a stop gap and find something else as soon as possible.
