9yWireless Industry is an incredibly dynamic industry. Constant changes in technology creates an opportunity unlike any other for those that want to work hard for it. That environment is difficult for some people to keep up with. We have only had one store with that much turnover in the company, which was located in Houston and that was because the employees were not following our expectations at all - most notably going Above and Beyond for our customers. I know being held accountable is never easy for an employee but it was done to create a better experience and better results which would have greatly affected your commission check. As far as your operational complaints go, we give all details ahead of time with the hopes that you can correct it - at the end of the day though, you would have to correct it. The majority of our employees love that they have the time to make those changes. If you chose not to, or could not - then again you are held accountable. Hopefully you learn from this and face it the correct way so that you can be more successful going forward.
