7yThank you for the feedback. We agree totally with leadership being accountable for performance and making their employees better. I would caution that you may not always see what is going on behind the scenes so it is hard to comment specifically on a "1 - 2 - 3 Strike" process. You are also not correct on compensation plans. The last 3 compensation plan structural changes were 10/2015... 02/2017... 03/2018. If there is anything we can do to help you better understand the amazing opportunities you have with the compensation plan or if you are not receiving the direction you need at the store level - do not hesitate to let me know.
